  1. Shipping Fees

The shipping fee for your order depends on several factors, including the weight, dimensions, delivery destination, and shipping method of your package. Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs using UPS calculators, except for freight shipments. We don’t add handling fees or inflate shipping rates.

If there are any additional shipping charges needed to deliver your order, we’ll let you know. In such cases, you can choose to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

  1. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We work to get your order to you quickly. Orders ship from the nearest warehouse with stock available, and may come directly from the manufacturer or distributor to save time. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping options:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Takes 1-6 business days, with an average of 2-3 business days. Processing time is up to 48 hours.
  • Two-Day Air Shipping: Delivery in 2 business days. Processing time is up to 48 hours.
  • Next Day Air Shipping: Delivery in 1 business day. Processing time is up to 48 hours.

For expedited orders (Two-Day Air or Next Day Air) placed after 11 AM CST, please confirm by calling us at  918-710-8470 to avoid delays. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

  1. Shipping Options

We use UPS, FedEx, and other carriers for most shipments, including USPS for small items. Here’s a brief overview:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Usually takes 1-6 business days, with an average of 2 business days. Items qualifying for free shipping will go via standard ground unless they need to be palletized.
  • Second Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days.
  • Next Day Air: Delivery in 1 business day.
  1. Curbside Delivery (Freight/LTL Shipping)

For large or heavy items (like flood trays or commercial air conditioners), we use freight shipping. These items are palletized and delivered to the curbside by appointment with a lift-gate. This method generally takes 3-7 business days. Items over $3,500 ship free with some restrictions. Check the shipping charge on the cart page for details.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If your order is shipped from multiple locations, you’ll get separate emails for each part of your shipment. You can track your package using the links provided in the emails.

  1. Order Processing

We aim to process and ship orders quickly. Orders placed before 11 AM CST Monday through Friday are often processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Custom or built-to-order items may have longer lead times, which will be noted on the product page.

  1. Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment for reasons other than damage or shipping errors on our part, you’ll be responsible for the full freight charges and a minimum 20% restocking fee.

  1. Shipping to an Alternate Address

Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may take longer to process due to additional verification. Providing accurate information helps avoid delays.

  1. Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. Most orders are shipped in plain boxes with no logos. Large items are black wrapped for additional privacy.

  1. Shipping Change Fees

If you request to change the shipping address after the package has shipped, a fee may apply depending on the carrier. Not all carriers accept address changes once a package is in transit.

  1. Damaged Shipments

Inspect all packages carefully upon delivery. If you find damage, report it to the delivery driver, note the issue on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately. Once you sign for the package, we cannot be held responsible for damage.

  1. Back-Orders

If an item is out of stock, we may ship the available items and back-order the rest. You will not incur additional shipping charges for back-ordered items. We’ll notify you about the availability of back-ordered items and offer options for waiting or a refund.

  1. Signature Required

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons. This policy helps ensure safe delivery and cannot be waived upon request.

  1. Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, check around your home and ask anyone who might have received it. If it’s still missing, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipper to resolve the issue.

  1. Shipping Disclaimers

We’re not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, other catastrophic events, or issues with delivery partners. We ship within the contiguous 48 states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii, but not outside the U.S. Consider using a freight forwarder if you need international shipping.

  1. PO Boxes

Most carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you use a PO Box, we may need to contact you for an alternate address.
